本團是由一班熱心的藝術工作者建立。 宗旨是透過音樂混入其他表演媒介 (例如:影像,燈光或舞蹈等) ,以多元化的創作洗滌觀眾的心靈。 讓觀眾享受真正美妙的樂章。 正如藝術家站在「軒」室上演繹「絢」麗「炫」目的音樂, 所以稱為「Splendor Music」 Splendour Music It is founded by musicians who love and cherish lives. Ourorganized concertscombine classical, contemporary and electronic music repertoire with images and dance in hope to share with the audience a creative musical art adventure imbued with life messages. Our group also has the mission to share music and art to the needy in the society,such as familiesunder Comprehensive Social Security Assistance,and people withhearing and visuallydisabilities. We believe that different people in the society should have the opportunity to explore and experience creative art and music. |
Pauline Tang - Violin
Pauline Tangreceived her Master of Music degree in performance at James Madison University (JMU) and previously studiedAdvanced Diplomaat the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA)with the award of Jackie Chan Charitable Foundation Scholarship and the Grantham Scholarships Fund.
Tang participated inmany music festivals around the world to share music with musicians from different countries of the world. Havingextensive orchestral experience, Tang worked in local orchestras such as Six Arts Orchestra and Hong Kong String Orchestra.
Tangalso devoted herself on teaching. She has beenthe lecturerofThe Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) the School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCS)and the syllabus advisor of the Music Festival organized by the Hong Kong Schools Music and Speech Association.
Tangwas interviewed and appeared on a TVB program "Tuesday Report" in November 2013. She is one of the founders of the non-profit organization “Splendor Music”, to share music with love and passion through the production of multimedia concerts.

Grace Yu -Artistic & Music Consultant, Pianist
Grace Yu currently works as a fulltime lecturer of the School of Music of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. She received her Ph.D. in music theory and master of music degree in piano performance from Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University Bloomington. She finished her bachelor degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong majoring in piano performance and composition.
Yu has given numerous research papers on multimedia, as well as performed and conducted in Asia, Europe and North America. She engaged recently as the music artistic instructor of the multimedia project In Search of Space in a Cramped City, in which she interacted with dancers and choreographers to compose original dance music. She alsoproactively supports the development of Splendor Music, notably through participating in their concerts as pianist, as she hopes to promote contemporary art platform that focuses on sharing life messages with the society through contemporary creative multimedia music and art.
